Good customer skills and best service

Great machine and worth ever penny especially for night feeds

Purchased for a friend who is due to have her baby September, she was delighted with her gift as she always uses Tommy Tippee goods,

No reply from customer services. Very poor experience.

Fantastic customer service and post purchase care. We had a problem with a steriliser we had recently bought through a high street store but had lost the receipt so was unable to return the store, contacted Tommeee Tippee uk directly and they have replaced the unit with no hassle, with speed and great understanding, fantastic service and care.
